What you'll do:

• Client & Stakeholder Leadership: Be the go-to person for our clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and building robust relationships from day one. You'll skillfully manage multiple concurrent projects or entire programmes of work.

• Digital Programme Management: Lead the comprehensive delivery of diverse digital initiatives, including web, mobile apps, and UX/UI design, always focusing on delivering rapid value.

• Resource & Financial Stewardship: Define team structures, manage resourcing, track budgets meticulously, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure commercial success.

• Risk & Issue Navigation: Identify, assess, and strategically resolve risks and impediments across programmes, minimising impact and ensuring smooth execution.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion a servant leadership approach, empowering and collaborating seamlessly with designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure high standards of project hygiene, maintain accurate forecasts, and oversee essential administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly.

• Community & Mentorship: As a senior member of our Delivery Community, you'll actively promote knowledge sharing, coach, and support the development of your peers and the wider team.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive Delivery Leadership: A proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects or programmes within a consultancy environment.

• Agile Expertise: A depth of experience in agile delivery, capable of thriving in ambiguous environments and driving value.

• Client-Centric Acumen: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a keen ability to manage expectations and drive successful client outcomes.

• Commercial & Financial Savvy: Strong understanding and experience in managing project budgets and financial health.

• Problem-Solving Prowess: A keen eye for identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and issues (RAID), coupled with proactive problem-solving.

• Team Empowerment: Demonstrable ability to foster collaboration and facilitate dispersed, cross-functional teams.

• Operational Excellence: Strong organisational skills with a meticulous approach to project hygiene and documentation.

• Continuous Learner: Relevant certifications that demonstrate your commitment to ongoing learning and best practices are a plus.
