We work with ambitious clients to help them solve their biggest business and customer challenges. We help our clients to innovate and create intelligent digital products and services. We thrive on complex challenges and deliver business-critical IT transformation projects, moving seamlessly from strategy, design and delivery to operations.
This is a Hybrid role working from our Dundee or Glasgow offices 2 days a week. This role is available on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
The Senior QA Engineer will be a cornerstone of our project teams, owning the delivery of QA for complex features and digital products. What you'll do:
Define and execute robust test approaches for complex features, integrating automation and risk analysis to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Design, create, or extend automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android), and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide timely feedback.
Focus on improving framework reliability, stabilising flaky tests, and championing clean, reusable code.
Lead defect triage sessions, driving prioritisation based on business impact and risk, ensuring clear reporting, enforce traceability standards, and proactively anticipate and resolve blockers to guide the team to deliver effectively.
Actively mentor junior QA engineers, providing coaching on best practices, test plan creation, and tool utilisation for both web and mobile testing. Foster a culture of continuous learning, give constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Proactively suggest and integrate new testing tools, experimenting with new methods to improve delivery.
